About
A small studio on the coast, working across Kenya.
Aethel Risley Labs started in Kilifi with one camera and a simple idea: good visuals should be within reach for every business, event and organisation, not just the biggest ones.
Today we design brands, photograph events and people, and produce short films. We keep teams small, briefs clear and prices fair, so you work directly with the people making your work.
How we work
- Brief first. We ask what the work needs to achieve before we pick up a tool.
- Honest quotes. Clear scope, clear timeline, no surprise costs.
- Files you can use. Delivered in the right sizes for print, web and social.
Tools
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, mirrorless cameras shooting 4K, gimbals, drones and portable lighting.
